Stone Wall Close-Up

Change doesn’t come from forcing yourself to be someone else. It starts with having a space where you can be completely honest about where you are. Therapy with Molly offers that space, somewhere you can slow down, speak openly, and make sense of what’s going on without judgement. From there, you can begin to understand yourself more clearly and make changes that feel right for you.

Hands in Support

Seeking Support

Choosing a therapist is personal. It’s important to work with someone you feel at ease with, someone you don’t have to filter yourself around. Molly offers a space where clients can be honest, even about the things that feel messy, uncomfortable, or difficult to say out loud. When she says there is no judgement, she means it.

Molly has experience working across higher education, employability services, and both private and public sectors. She has supported people from a wide range of backgrounds and walks of life, including neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clients. Her work is grounded in a trauma-informed approach, with an understanding of how past experiences, identity, and environment can shape how someone feels, relates, and moves through the world.

Her approach is integrative, collaborative, and tailored to the individual. Molly works at each client’s pace, focusing on what matters most to them. She holds a balance between self-compassion and accountability, offering space to better understand yourself while also supporting meaningful and realistic change.

Clients may come to therapy for many different reasons, including anxiety, low mood, burnout, work-related stress, questions around direction or challenges with identity and self-esteem. Molly provides a steady, grounded space to explore what’s going on, helping clients make sense of their experiences and move forward in a way that feels right for them.

Sessions are offered online via Zoom, allowing clients to access therapy from their own space and fit sessions around work, study, and other commitments.
